Georgios Charalampous is the founder of the firm and has practiced law for more than 50 consecutive years.
He completed his secondary education at Zosimaia School of Ioannina and graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 1974.
He has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1976 and is admitted before the Supreme Court of Greece, with extensive courtroom experience across all levels of jurisdiction.
Throughout his professional career, he has represented clients in a wide range of commercial, civil and primarily criminal law matters, including cases of significant public interest.
His practice is distinguished by deep experience, a strong courtroom presence and long-standing commitment to effective client representation.

Paola Charalampous holds an LLB and an MSc in Bioethics from Democritus University of Thrace, as well as an MA in Medical Law from King’s College London.
She is currently pursuing an MBA in Healthcare Management at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
She has gained experience as in-house legal counsel in the biotechnology sector in Greece and internationally, as well as within fast-growing start-ups, supporting businesses on regulatory, commercial andoperational matters.
She has also contributed to compliance and ethics initiatives at European level through participation as an Ethics Expert in programmes of the European Commission and in projects relating to the European Data Protection Board (EDPB).
She regularly advises individuals and businesses on complex legal and regulatory matters, including compliance, contractual arrangements and strategic legal support, with particular focus on data protection, healthcare and life sciences and corporate and commercial law.
She has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2019 and of the Greek Medical Law Association since 2022. She is fluent in English and has working proficiency in French and Spanish.

Ioannis Mizantzioglou graduated from the Law School of the University of Athens in 1990 and has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1992.
He has collaborated with our office for the past 27 years, contributing consistently to the delivery of legal services with professionalism and dedication.
His practice focuses extensively on civil litigation and enforcement proceedings, with significant experience in judicial practice and legal advisory work.
His expertise extends particularly to real estate matters, debt recovery and family and inheritance disputes.
His professional approach is defined by methodical work, attention to detail and commitment to efficient dispute resolution.
He is fluent in English and has working proficiency in French.
